A prestigious balsamic vinegar for Cavedoni, which is very succesful on the market. Maturated in oak and chestnut barrel, it is of excellent, balanced quality; it’s high density, and its soft body make it very useful in cooking. Use it raw on boiled meats and vegetables.
Produced with wine vinegar and must coming from the private vineyards of the Cavedoni family
