La Dama is a vinegar with high density; its colour is dark brown, full of warm light; its fragrance is distinct and sharp; its fl avour is complex, rich and varied. These rare qualities are the precious result of a process of decantings and topping up carried out for more than hundred years with knouledge and dedication. It is for this reason that “La Dama” is the favourite of all my family’s production.
