From an ancient family tradition dating back to 1860 comes to us one of the oldest vinegar houses in the Modena area. Antica Acetaia Cavedoni is a small family-run company that takes great care in the quality of its products and this quality starts from the careful choice of ingredients, continues in their constant control, in the perfect mixing and fermentation.

The history

The name CAVEDONI means love and tradition in producing the vinegar of Modena, “TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA DOP, AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP“, according to artisanal techniques handed down from generation to generation, since 1860. Cavedoni acetaia is made up of hundreds of barrels with unique characteristics in the world, in turn divided by the aging of the precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.

The Family
